What this tool does
Build RISE buy transaction (wallet, market, cashIn, minTokenOut). Agents invoke it as syra_invest_rise_buy_token through @syra-ai/mcp-server (curated profile) or the escape hatch syra_call_tool with toolId: "rise-buy-token".
Install and call
