Get or create Giza smart account (deposit address) for an owner EOA. Params: owner (0x... address). Agents invoke it as syra_invest_giza_agent through @syra-ai/mcp-server (curated profile) or the escape hatch syra_call_tool with toolId: "giza-agent".
