PreStocks SPV-backed pre-IPO catalog on Solana (OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX, Kalshi, …). Use when an agent needs markPrice vs tokenPrice premium/discount and implied valuation. Optional filters: symbol, mint. Returns items[] with spreadPct, markValuationUsd, impliedValuationUsd, mint.
This is a pay-per-call route: unpaid requests return HTTP 402 until you settle USDC and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE or X-PAYMENT. See x402 wire format.
