Use when an agent hunts Bullpad launchpad tokens approaching graduation or building early traction. Inputs: limit, minProgress (0-1), sort (progress|volume|holders), includeGraduated (bool). Returns candidates[] with graduationScore, momentumScore, verdict (imminent|climbing|early|graduated).
